Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
Note: Because aquaculture products are perishable and sensitive, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Perishable products that have been opened or used.
- Items damaged due to mishandling or storage issues after delivery.
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective or damaged on arrival).

- Replacement or Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either dispatch a replacement or process a refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (such as bank account, credit card, or mobile payment gateway).
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider but typically takes 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping or pickup costs.
- For returns not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
